Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by email within 60 days of the purchase date to report the issue and receive return authorization. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. In some cases, a photo of the damaged item may be accepted instead of a return.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will either refund the item's cost or ship you a replacement item.
